In the courtyard stands out an octagonal fountain made in Real Beige limestone.

The flooring is made up of Roman Classic travertine in Roman format using big dimension tiles. In the interior, it is worth mentioning the impressive gallery of vaulted arches produced in Real Beige limestone honed finish.

The washbasins for the several house bathrooms have been made from solid pieces using Navona travertine and Carrara White marble.
